Buckle in Taylor, MI is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will handle sales, merchandising and operations tasks while working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit teammates.

The role includes training Teammates, leading in the Manager’s absence, and maintaining Buckle standards in service, presentation and guest relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate teammates.
