Job summary

Buckle at Riverchase Galleria in Birmingham, AL is hiring for a full-time Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager. The role focuses on developing sales, leadership, and guest service while training Teammates and supporting the Store Manager in operations.

The position requires the ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff and to step in for the Store Manager when needed. Responsibilities include coaching teams, maintaining visual standards, and driving sales, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• No visa sponsorship is available.
• Relocation may be required (from Additional Qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s accountability and sales standards.
• Coach and recruit new Teammates, and motivate the team daily.
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain Buckle’s visual standards and merchandising.
• Participate in store operations, opening/closing procedures, and Loss Prevention practices.
• Travel to cover other stores within the district as needed.
