The Buckle retail chain is seeking a Management Trainee at its Riverchase Galleria location in Birmingham, AL. You will work directly with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills to eventually assume Store Manager responsibilities.

You will perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks, including customer service, merchandise display, register procedures and loss prevention, while training through a structured program.

• Must be able to perform essential duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager with coaching and counseling Teammates.
• Develop skills to implement Buckle guidelines for visual displays.
• Lead Teammates to meet sales and service goals and maintain Buckle standards.
