Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support sales, merchandising and daily store operations in the San Antonio area. The role involves coaching Teammates, managing customer service standards, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, a passion for fashion, and the ability to train and motivate a team while driving store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Coach and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards and sales goals.
• Experience leading and training staff in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of merchandising, display and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and assist with product location and recommendations.
• Lead by example in customer service, showmanship and store presentation.
• Recruit and train Teammates; act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales goals and staffing.
