Qualifications

• Open availability for a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous leadership experience supervising teams in food service or retail.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver License and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service and greet customers.
• Enforce company policy and train staff.
• Promote store specials and assist with merchandising.
• Maintain sanitation and food handling standards.
• Keep store clean and stocked; manage shortages and losses.
• Assist in training new employees and supporting the manager.
