Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Open availability to meet 24/7 operation—nights, weekends, holidays.
• Previous leadership experience supervising teams in food service or retail.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience in retail.
• Strong passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver License and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco (NV only).
• Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, exceptional service and greet all customers.
• Enforce company policies and procedures with employees.
• Suggest purchases and promote store specials.
• Ensure sanitation and proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of building interior/exterior, aisles, pumps.
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers to minimize stockouts.
• Operate fast-food area, equipment, and stock as needed.
• Report accidents or incidents to the manager; investigate and gather information.
• Train new employees and assist in onboarding.
• Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Arrive on time, neatly groomed, in uniform.
• Make safe drops per company policies and prepare daily deposits when needed.
• Assist in weekly supplier orders and support store operations.
