The pay starts at $25.00–$26.00 per hour, with full-time benefits and opportunities for advancement. You will develop staff, manage daily operations, and help drive sales while upholding standards.

Qualifications

• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operation).
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (retail or foodservice preferred).
• Food Handlers Permit as required by county, city, or state.
• Proven history of exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Legal age to stock and sell regulated products.
• Hands-on leader with team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and top-tier service.
• Lead and develop store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling.
• Monitor store financials, sales, and cash/inventory handling.
• Oversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory levels.
• Drive sales through effective foodservice and merchandising management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (alcohol, tobacco, lottery, etc.).
• Participate in leadership meetings and hold effective team huddles.
• Uphold Jacksons standards, policies, and procedures.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
