Job summary

Panera Bread Phosphate DT is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a bakery‑café team and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will focus on coaching, developing staff, and driving exceptional guest experiences while upholding Panera’s standards of quality and safety.

You will build a culture of warmth and trust, manage staffing and scheduling, and help grow sales and profitability at your location, including mentoring your team toward future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Commitment to health and food safety.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
