You will build strong customer relationships, manage staffing, scheduling, and training, and drive continuous improvement across daily operations and service quality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
