Panera is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead an amazing bakery-cafe team and support the General Manager in operations, guest experiences, and profitability. You will coach, develop, and supervise staff, manage scheduling, and help maintain Panera’s warmth and trust with customers.

You will drive sales, uphold food safety, and foster a culture of growth and belonging. Candidates should be 18+, pass a background check, and have 1–2 years of supervisory hospitality or retail experience.
