Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the café team, coaching and supporting staff.
• Partner with the GM to manage scheduling, staffing, and people development.
