Job summary

Panera is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our bakery-café to success. You will support the GM in operations, coach and develop the team, and drive a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust with your staff.

You will ensure extraordinary guest experiences, manage staffing and scheduling, and uphold food safety standards while growing sales and profitability. Open availability for nights and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Wamiliar with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
