Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Leader to drive sales, coach Teammates, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment in the United States. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales strategies, recruit and train Teammates, and ensure top guest service while managing daily store operations.

The role includes progressive responsibilities from Assistant in Training to Assistant Manager, with a focus on leadership, training, and service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and guest service to deliver Buckle's mission.
• Partner with Store Manager to recruit and develop Teammates.
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Oversee operations including merchandising, register procedures and store cleanliness.
• Manage scheduling and store performance using leadership tools.
