Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager at Kenwood Towne Center in Cincinnati, OH. The role combines sales, merchandising and operations, with leadership responsibilities and staff training under the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

The position is full-time and on-site, offering a competitive pay range of $18 to $22 per hour plus benefits. You will support recruiting, training and day-to-day store performance.

Qualifications

• AIT and Assistant Managers train Teammates and lead store operations.
• Lead with Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and recruit Teammates.
• Pay range of $18–$22 per hour for on-site roles at Kenwood Towne Center, Cincinnati, OH.

Responsabilités

• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering and merchandise display.
• Work with Store Manager to train and motivate Teammates and manage daily store activities.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Store Manager and help recruit new Teammates.
