Buckle in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our Store Leadership Team and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience for Guests.

The role combines sales, merchandising and operational duties, including training Teammates, leading in the Store Manager's absence, and working on developing sales and team capability. Base pay is $20-$24 per hour, on-site, full-time, with commission structure described in the posting.
