Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations in Cedar Hill, TX. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and train staff, ensuring exceptional guest service and a top-tier shopping experience.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with increasing responsibilities, including merchandising, team development, and leadership coverage during absences.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and guest service skills.
• Experience in retail and fashion merchandising preferred.
• Ability to recruit and train teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest
• Demonstrate product utilizing product knowledge and sales education, consistently sharing that knowledge and education with Team
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
• Partner with Store Manager to pick store’s education focus and help delegate and implement focus all week
• Responsible for training and coaching with manager on all non-sales positions
