Job summary

Family Dollar in Woodruff, SC is seeking a full-time store associate/manager to oversee daily store operations and assist the Store Manager. You will help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure store compliance with company policies while training team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional displays and store cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention duties.
• Supervise and train Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
