Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day operations
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling processes
• Maintain store displays and promotional materials
• Help manage inventory, damaged merchandise, and loss prevention
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and secure store environments
• Supervise and develop store associates under the Store Manager
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff
