Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Store Manager in Mansfield, TX to lead daily operations of a busy tanning salon. You will hire, train, and coach staff, maintain high customer service standards, and drive sales through coaching and daily performance metrics.

The role includes a 5-week manager-training course, managing labor and inventory, ensuring safety, banking, and compliance, while delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Stand, bend and walk for long periods.
• Lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• This position includes a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
