Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a capable store manager to lead a team at our location. The role includes completing a 5-week manager-training course with clear performance metrics and responsibility for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff.

You will foster a positive, respectful environment for both employees and customers, monitor daily sales, and ensure compliance with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
