Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others and build a positive team environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff to maintain performance.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
