Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent guest experiences. This role includes a structured 5-week management training and ongoing coaching to build leadership capabilities.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff while ensuring compliance and smooth store performance. Ideal candidates are 18+, have at least one year of supervisory experience, and can motivate a team while handling duties from safety to banking and inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help staff reach their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
