Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders, maintaining quality and service.
• Coordinate staff training and meet operational standards.
• Maintain cash controls and payroll within labor cost targets.
• Conduct team meetings and manage inventories weekly.
• Support General Manager in daily operations and decision making.
• Ensure reports, records and compliance with state and federal rules.
• Oversee sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Foster teamwork and professional appearance across the team.
