Capstone Restaurant Group is hiring an Assistant Manager in Kingsport, TN. You will oversee shift operations, ensure the highest quality food and hospitality, and train team members under the General Manager. You’ll participate in running daily operations while developing staff and maintaining standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage payroll, inventory, and compliance with safety and quality policies.

• Supervise team members and shift leaders while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness with profitability.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
