Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant supervision or management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage labor costs and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
• Maintain cooperative working relations with management and staff.
• Handle HR issues including disciplinary actions and staff meetings.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Manage cash handling, deposits and payroll within approved budgets.
• Oversee inventory and order supplies to meet GAP standards.
• Support the General Manager in daily operational decisions.
