Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations in Frisco, TX. You will lead and motivate a team, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold food safety standards while driving sales and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include staff recruitment and training, inventory oversight, and enforcing policy compliance in a fast-paced environment. A Food Manager Certificate is required with open availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of 15+ members in fast-paced settings.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
