Job summary

WKS Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations at our Frisco location. You will help supervise staff, ensure safety, manage customer service, and contribute to financial performance.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong communication skills, and ServSafe certification or timeline to complete it. You will lead by example and assist in maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ServSafe certification preferred or to be obtained.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in hiring, onboarding, training, motivating, and developing team members.
• Conduct shift coaching, performance feedback, and uphold standards.
