Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older and able to meet business needs with open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED; ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable during training.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their full potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, and food cost.
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards are upheld.
• Lead shift transitions and guide talent development with restaurant leadership.
