Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of 15+ members.
• Strong communication and adherence to policies/procedures.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends; 21+ years old; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Manage Operations and Drive Results; assist Sr Ops Leader in achieving goals and budget targets.
• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant and ensure staff development.
