Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years quick service food management experience overseeing large high-volume operations and a 10+ person team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel between venues.

Responsibilities

• Execute Starbucks brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, employment, and union guidelines, and company policies.
• Work with the venue Manager to optimize operational profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service standards.
• Support employee and guest satisfaction programs and ensure staff understand these programs.
