GPM Investments in Monroe, LA is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 4460 to lead daily operations at our high-energy E-Z Mart store. You will support the Store Manager, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service on every shift.

Open availability is required, with weekend and holiday work expected. You will oversee register accuracy, merchandising, and inventory while fostering a strong, customer‑focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Second or third shifts are likely.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proof of insurance required.
• Minimum age 21+ years.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
