Planet Fitness in Fall River, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and deliver a Judgement Free member experience. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

You will lead front-desk activities, support staff, manage member relations, and assist in budgeting, scheduling, and daily club performance. This is a growth-focused leadership opportunity within a welcoming fitness community.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
• Assist with Staff Management and provide backup support to Club Manager.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising staff.
• Oversee member service and ensure superior customer experience.
• Assist in resolving employee issues or concerns.
• Assist in front desk activities: answer phones, sign-ups, tours.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facility and manage supplies within budget.
• Track statistics and reports weekly, monthly, and annually.
