Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, staff scheduling, and safety. You will support day-to-day operations and work closely with the Shift Manager to ensure smooth restaurant performance.

You will supervise 4-12 staff, help plan events and promotions, assist with product ordering and inventory, and uphold brand standards. This is a full-time/part-time role with day, evening, and weekend shifts varying by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff (4–12 team members).
• Assist in planning events and promotions in-restaurant, coordinating any needed training for success.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure restaurant safety and cleanliness.
