Zax LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest experiences meet standards and policies are followed. You will lead a team, coach staff, and optimize scheduling and performance to achieve quarterly goals.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and maintaining food safety and quality while upholding company guidelines and local laws. This position requires strong leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32-48 hours per week.
• Background check completion required.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Create effective schedules following company standards and local laws.
• Lead, coach, and develop team to achieve quarterly goals.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager and assist with reviews.
