Zax LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at a Zaxbys location in Roanoke Rapids, NC to ensure guests have great experiences while upholding operational standards.

You will train and coach the team, schedule shifts, oversee service quality, and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines. The role offers bonus potential, free meals on shift, PTO, holidays, and advancement opportunities.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all training requirements including certification.
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring that team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations.
• Create an effective work schedule following company standards and local laws.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments, communicating expectations and adjusting as needed.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve quarterly goals.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager and assist with reviews.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Escalate concerns to supervision when appropriate.
• Perform other duties to ensure restaurant operations run smoothly.
