Job summary

Tommy's Express Car Wash seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily site operations and ensure top-tier guest service. You will work with a small management team, enforce company standards, and drive financial results while reporting to the general manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Pass a drug test.
• Completion of Tommy’s University training.
• Basic computer proficiency with POS systems and Google Workspace apps.
• Able to work 40–45 hours per week.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations and guest experience.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere and staff adherence to service guidelines.
• Manage opening/closing tasks and daily reports.
• Recruit, hire and train a high-performing staff.
• Track supplies and budgets; monitor KPIs.
• Ensure staff follow policies and SOPs; enforce safety.
