Qualifications

• 2-4 years managerial experience required.
• 2 years training experience required.
• Proven experience in customer-facing guest service.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Protect the interests of the company and profitability; grow the business.
• Ensure policies are current and followed.
• Monitor dashboard and delegate as needed.
• Manage opening, mid, and closing shifts weekly.
• Lead weekly meetings with Assistant Site Leaders.
• Provide leadership and training to Site Leaders and team members.
• Communicate daily with Assistant Site Leader(s).
• Track and record invoices and manage payments.
• Ensure all HR paperwork is current and compliant.
• Interview and hire top candidates.
• Create and manage staff schedules for labor budgets.
• Set clear, written goals for team members.
• Handle disciplinary issues appropriately.
• Develop Shift Leaders into Site Leaders.
• Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure operations.
• Complete monthly site inspections.
• Address guest complaints and maintain top-notch service.
• Perform POS and computer-related tasks.
• Drive KPIs across the franchise network.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador.
• Maintain operations to the Standard of Operations Guide.
• Be the face of the company.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
