Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Savannah to drive sales, manage daily store operations, and lead a team in delivering best-in-class customer service.

The role blends strategy, creativity, and people leadership, with responsibilities from staffing to omnichannel support. You will oversee opening/closing routines, supervise salesfloor and stockroom, coach staff, and ensure brand standards are reflected in displays and customer interactions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
