Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales and lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee opening/closing routines, staff scheduling, and payroll, while delivering best-in-class service and on-trend product knowledge.

You’ll coach non-management staff, manage visual displays, analyze reports, and safeguard store assets. This role emphasizes promotion from within and career growth in a global brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and fashion trend knowledge.
• Proven ability to drive results with a strong work ethic and communication skills.
• Ability to coach others, balance multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
