You will drive sales, oversee opening and closing routines, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, train staff, and maintain visual displays while delivering best-in-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for service and operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
