Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 2+ years of related experience in the tire industry preferred.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; some college/technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in operating the store to optimize sales and profitability.
• Train and supervise employees; assign schedules and duties; handle grievances.
• Lead store audits and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Handle daily accounting functions (invoices, re-bills, end-of-day processes, deposits).
• Coordinate and conduct product knowledge training and in-store programs.
