Responsibilities

• Oversee service routes and tire areas in a professional manner.
• Directly supervise & train employees: assign work schedules and staffing levels.
• Assist in hiring decisions and conduct interviews.
• Assist in training commercial service techs to standards and ensure compliance.
• Schedule efficient routes for service techs & dispatch service calls; maintain records.
• Lead weekly service meetings and coordinate with outside service team.
• Review, write and process work orders and purchase orders; manage inventory.
• Maintain vendor relations and monitor shop supplies; follow policy on credits/returns.
