Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Light bookkeeping, data entry, end of days, enter tickets, mail, etc.
• Process invoices, billing, payables and other store administration
• Provide customers with knowledgeable, courteous and prompt service at all times, while being sensitive to their needs
• Represent Commercial Tire with in-store, over the phone, and email/text communication
• Maintain a clean work area and personal appearance that meets company standards
• Assist with inventory maintenance; receiving, warehousing, delivery
• Notify customer on special order follow-up
• Provide price estimates over the phone and schedule appointments
• Pick-up and deliver customer vehicles and products
• Support Commercial Tire safety, operational and audit standards, policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
