Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in directing and controlling store operations during shifts.
• Supervise crew in inventory, merchandising, losses, and work hours.
• Assist with product ordering and support for sales plans to maximize sales potential.
• Attend Restaurant Manager meetings when invited and participate in recruiting and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and restaurant standards during shifts.
