Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Texas to help lead daily operations and build a strong guest experience. This role serves as a development pathway toward full store management, with responsibilities in supervising crew, managing scheduling, and supporting sales goals.

Applicants should have supervisory experience, be fluent in English, and demonstrate a commitment to brand standards and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.
• Problem solving and decision making – make good decisions based on analysis and judgment.
• Building effective teams – get the right people in the right places.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.
• This position may require lifting 30–50 pounds and repetitive motion.

Responsabilités

• Assist Restaurant Manager with planning, direction and control of store operations.
• Supervise employees in inventory, merchandising, losses and work hours.
• Assist with product ordering and support sales plans to maximize sales potential.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
