Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, seeks an Assistant Manager to help run daily store operations and develop toward Restaurant Manager duties. You will supervise shifts, support scheduling, training, and performance management to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning, direction and control of the operation of the store.
• Supervise employees in inventory merchandising, losses and work hours.
• Assist with product ordering and support for sales plans to maximize sales potential.
• Attend Restaurant Manager meetings when requested.
• Recruiting, hiring and performance management support.
• Ensure guest experience is consistently great and friendly.
• Monitor labor costs, food costs, and cash throughout shift.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and brand standards.
