Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in planning, directing and controlling store operations. You will supervise team members, manage shift tasks, and help ensure consistent guest experiences.

This role focuses on coaching, scheduling, training, and maintaining standards for quality, safety and service while aligning with Brand and franchisee policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Passion for results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem solving and decision making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.
• Building effective teams – get the right people in the right places, enabling them to make decisions and celebrate success as a team.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.

Responsabilités

• Managing a positive team environment and ensuring guest satisfaction during shifts.
• Oversee food preparation, service quality, and cleanliness to meet standards.
• Lead, coach and provide feedback to Crew Members on shift.
• Follow systems to control labor and food costs and ensure safety compliance.
