Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, seeks an Assistant Manager to step into broader store leadership. You will support scheduling, training, and operations across shifts, helping ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.

You will assist in planning, directing and controlling store activities, with a focus on team development, coaching, and adherence to safety and policy requirements. This role offers growth into restaurant management.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading and speaking required.
• Math and writing skills are essential for reports and records.
• Restaurant/retail supervisory experience is preferred.
• Candidates should focus on guest satisfaction and achieving results.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience building and leading effective teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts and support Restaurant Manager in planning and directing store operations.
• Supervise inventory, merchandising, losses and labor hours.
• Assist with product ordering and execution of sales plans.
• Attend manager meetings as required and contribute to P&L basics.
