Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, analyzing performance data, managing inventory, and training team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences while pursuing profits and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or leadership role with a history of quality Guest Service, Team Building, and Development of people.
• Experience reading financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement.
• Aptitude for learning, coaching, and teamwork; ability to motivate, train, and lead a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards while managing time and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain guest satisfaction and performance.
• Mentor and develop team members; lead by example in hospitality and service.
• Coordinate schedules, inventory, and labor management to optimize profits and productivity.
