The role blends business strategy, people management, and creative styling updates to support the brand’s omni-channel experience. You will supervise opening/closing routines, staff development, and inventory controls while ensuring engaging visual displays and strong payroll processes.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
